• Initial payments for all payment plans are due by July 15th, and considered late on August 1st.
  
  
• The discount for siblings is 5% off of tuition for the second, third or fourth child.
  
  
• Coupon booklets will be issued as a reminder.
  
  
• The late charge after the last day of the month is $10.
  
  
• The charge for returned checks is $25.

Registration Fee for All Students:

$300 per year

• The registration fee is due after the screening at the time a child is accepted to BCCA to reserve a place for that child.
  
  
• The registration fee is refundable before May 1st at 75% if the child does not attend BCCA.
  
  
• For returning students the registration fee must be paid in full by April 1st.

Application Fee

• The one time application fee of $50 is due with the child’s first time application..

Hot Lunch Costs

• Students may choose to order hot lunch every week day. Click here for the cost of lunches and weekly order forms.
  
  
• BCCA offers hot lunches 5 days a week from a caterer. Students receive the menu several weeks in advance and order for the entire month. Students go to the Family Life Center for lunches. Lunches brought from home are welcome.
