• If payment is not made at the end of the month, a $10 fee will be added to your account.
  
  
• The discount for siblings is 3% off of tuition for the second, third or fourth child.
  
  
• Initial payments for all payment plans are due by June 1st, and considered late on July 1st. 
  
  
• Payment is a bank draft over 12 months beginning June 1st.
  
  
• The charge for returned checks is $25.
  
  
• There is an activity fee which varies by class.

Registration Fee for all students is $350 per year:

• The registration fee is due after the screening at the time a child is accepted to BCCA to reserve a place.
  
  
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
  
  
• For returning students the registration fee must be paid in full by April 30.
  
  
• Registration may be made in 3 installments each by January 29th, February 26th, and March 31st.

Application Fee

• The one time application fee of $50 is due with the child’s first time application.
  
  
• In cases where additional screening is required, parents will be responsible to pay the fee.

Monthly Payments

There are three ways to make payments for tuition and other fees:

• Pay the year in full by check.
  
  
• Pay the semesters in full: Fall semester paid by 8/1, spring semester by 12/31.
  
  
• Pay by bank draft over 12 months with a choice of the 5th or the 20th of the month.

Hot Lunch Costs

• Students may choose to order hot lunch every week day. Click here for the cost of lunches and monthly order forms.
  
  
• BCCA offers hot lunches 5 days a week from a caterer. Students receive the menu several weeks in advance and order for the entire month. Students go to the Family Life Center for lunches. Lunches brought from home are welcome.
