Our Structure Our Structure is designed to equip. We have broken down the ministry we see God calling us to perform into 5 ministry areas or disciplines: Worship, Discipleship, Community, Outreach and Stewardship. Each of these ministry areas has a management team which oversees the value and mission of that area of the church. Ministry Teams report to the management groups and actually get to perform the ministry.
